The supreme body of the Academy is its General Assembly. The General Assembly consists of all members and all candidates for membership. The General Assembly decides on membership and other key issues of activities of the Academy. Between sessions of the General Assembly Executive Committee controls the activity of the Academy. Chairman of the Executive Committee is the statutory representative of the Academy.
The Academy is headed by the President, who represents the Academy on the outside and participates in meetings of the Executive Committee and the Academic Senate.
Academic Senate governs the professional activities of the Academy, it is an advisory body to the Executive Committee in professional matters.
The Academy establishes the Supervisory Board, as its controlling body.
For professional performance and specific activities of the Academy, Professional Sections are set up. Professional Sections implement specific interests of forensic disciplines. In Professional Sections basic activities of the Academy are developed.
