Executive Committee agreed on 10 March 2010 the "Position of the AFS" to this internal instruction of the MoJ. This internal instruction set new conditions for forensic institutes. Not only new ones have to be in compliance with this Instruction, but existing ones too. Problem of this internal Instruction is, that new criteria are so strong, that most of existing forensic institutions have no chance to fulfil them, more, there are not legal or objective conditions to fulfil all requirements of mentioned instruction.
